Welcome to AI-Viewz! By registering an account, accessing our dashboard, or connecting your automated messaging services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage License & Account Registration

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to use the AI-Viewz workspace to manage and deploy conversational agents. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current registration info and maintain account security.
  • Ensure that your use of the chatbot agents complies with all local regulations.
  • Refrain from using the platform for unsolicited broadcasting (spamming), phishing, or harassment.

2. Third-Party Platform Policies

AI-Viewz provides direct integrations with third-party networks (WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and Telegram Bots). Your use of these channels is strictly subject to the respective policies of their parent companies:

  • Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Developer Terms, and Facebook Terms of Service.
  • Telegram's Bot API guidelines and user agreements.

Any account suspensions, blocks, or limits placed on your messaging accounts directly by Meta or Telegram are outside the control and liability of AI-Viewz.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

AI-Viewz services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis via Stripe:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time using the self-service Stripe customer billing portal in your settings.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable laws.

4. Service Uptime SLA & Maintenance

We strive to provide 99.9% availability for our unified dashboard and webhook delivery mechanisms. However, scheduled maintenance, critical updates, or upstream network disruptions may occasionally cause brief interruptions. We will endeavor to notify users in advance of any planned outages.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Safety

AI-Viewz owns all platform infrastructure, designs, core chatbot code, and analytical dashboards. You retain full ownership of all custom prompts, uploaded documents, business contexts, and database lists loaded onto your client workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI-Viewz, its directors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including lost profits, service interruptions, or conversational content inaccuracies generated by AI models.

7. Governing Law & Amendments

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following updates constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
