  • Account Registration Info: Your email address, encrypted password, business name, phone number, and industry description.
  • Third-Party Platform Keys: Access tokens and identification codes (such as WhatsApp Phone ID, Facebook Page ID, Instagram Account ID, or Telegram Bot Tokens) provided by you to integrate your messaging channels.
  • Conversational Webhook Log Data: Text message content, timestamps, and routing identifiers received via webhooks to enable real-time automated AI replies.
  • Transactional Payment Info: Secure payment processing keys and subscription details synchronized via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for specific, legitimate business purposes, including to:

  • Provide, secure, operate, and maintain the AI-Viewz chat automation workspace.
  • Generate and dispatch smart, contextual AI chatbot replies via Google Gemini models.
  • Process billing, handle invoice generation, and manage active subscription tiers via Stripe.
  • Provide debugging dashboards, log performance analytics, and resolve technical issues.
  • Send transactional alerts, platform updates, and, where consented, marketing communications.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

To deliver our chatbot features, AI-Viewz securely interacts with third-party service providers. In all instances, data is only transmitted to authorized partners:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram): Webhook messages are processed and replies are dispatched using Meta's official graph API interfaces.
  • Google Cloud (Google OAuth & Google Drive): Single sign-on authentication and Doc-Drop cloud documents are accessed only upon direct client authorization.
  • Stripe: Customer subscription profiles and monetization events are managed directly through Stripe's certified payment gateway.

4. Data Retention & Compliance

We retain your personal information, API keys, and conversational logs only as long as necessary to fulfill the services outlined in this policy. When logs are no longer required for active conversational tracking, debugging, or compliance, they are deleted or anonymized.

5. Meta User Data Deletion Callback

AI-Viewz is fully compliant with Facebook/Meta requirements regarding user data deletion. If you have connected your Meta Developer Application or signed in via Facebook, you can request data deletion at any time:
